Italy is an endless reservoir of food and wine resources: hundreds of gastronomic products and recipes, and hundreds of different wines produced along the “Boot”.
Knowing them all is a difficult task, and very often, more than you think, we Italians also struggle.
For this reason, the main objective of RADICI is to tell these products, these recipes and in particular these wines, making them known as much as possible abroad.
In Ireland we work daily to organize events with this aim, these are the ones scheduled for November:

“Italian Mondays” are a series of Wine Tastings organised by RADICI and held at Virtuoso, during wich you will taste 5 wines – 1 sparkling, 2 whites and 2 reds – accompanied by some mouthwatering Italian nibbles*. The first appointment will be on the 27th of November.

The tasting will be hosted by Veronica Falcone, founder of RADICI. Italy native Veronica’s background is in food and wine journalism and her passion for promoting Italian wines was the beginning of RADICI. Today she advocates for lesser known regions and wines, bringing hidden gems to consumers and trade through tastings and corporate events.
